The hotel room was excellent with cleanliness and offered a little patio to enjoy coffee and reading, but the view was a derelict hospital, which was the worst we could have had. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean, providing exactly what we needed for a good night's sleep.
The hotel is ideally located in front of the river and at the edge of Florence Center, offering stunning views over the Arno river. The rooms were really clean upon our arrival, directly in front of the restaurant. The service was extremely helpful and attentive even after informing the staff. The dining experience was very good, offering a typical continental style breakfast with plenty of choices. The facilities were well-prepared for guests to enjoy their stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were not only impeccably clean and up-to-date but also very spacious with a stunning high ceiling beautifully painted. Although overlooking the back of the hotel, the double glazing kept all noise out, making it serene inside. The service was top-notch, with kind, friendly, and very helpful staff who assisted with everything from organizing trips to recommending restaurants. The location was superb, right across from the river and within walking distance to the city center. The dining experience was delightful, with a variety of choices and excellent service. The facilities were great, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
